Angel House

In November of 2007 Faith In Motion started the ‘Angel House Outreach” program. This program allows Faith In Motion to reach out to women who may or may not be recovering from drugs and or alcohol. Some of the women may have domestic violence issues and need a safe haven to allow for time to rebuild their lives. Often we have women who are working with Child Protective Services to regain custody of their children and the Angel House is a safe environment to allow time for the process of court proceedings to finalize as well.

Faith In Motion partners with local landlords to secure homes to house these women and children. Through this local community partnership we have been able to place women in a ‘Christian’ Residential setting so they may maintain a clean, safe and healthy lifestyle while rebuilding their lives. Thus the  Angel House was developed as a ‘ Safe Home’  with a voluntary outreach program attached to the home.

The Angel House is recognized by the Arizona Coalition Against Domestic Violence as a “Safe Home”.  All staff are volunteers through Faith in Motion and are survivors of Domestic Violence .

Faith In Motion’s volunteers support these women through Spiritual Counseling, Peer Specialist Counseling and Mentoring. Faith In Motion partners with Partridge Holdings Christian Rentals to ensure a well rounded and safe living environment.

Faith In Motion is a 501 © 3 Charitable Organization with little or no funding. As a grass roots organization we are continually reaching out to the local community for volunteers and/or  contributions so that we may continue to develop as we strive to rebuild individuals and families lives which in turn build stronger, safer communities.
